This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs your access to and use of ZeroTrace services, including our dashboard, chat, and any other features involving user-generated content. By using ZeroTrace, you acknowledge and agree to comply fully with this Policy in all respects. Violation of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account and potential legal action.

You agree to use ZeroTrace services only for lawful, ethical, and authorized purposes. You are solely responsible for all content you submit or actions you take through our platform, including full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

• Uploading, posting, or transmitting any illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful content
• Threats, incitement, or promotion of violence, harm, or self-harm
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative material
• Spam, unsolicited promotions, or deceptive/fraudulent content
• Malware, viruses, or any malicious code or links
• Infringement of copyright, trademark, patent, or other rights
• Sharing personal information of others without explicit consent
• Impersonation, phishing, or other social engineering attacks
• Bypassing or attempting to bypass security controls or gain unauthorized access
• Any violation of local, national, or international law or regulation
• Any activity likely to damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or its reputation

You must not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any ZeroTrace system or network, or attempt to circumvent security or authentication measures. Any attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or harm the Service, our systems, or other users is strictly prohibited.

ZeroTrace reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to monitor, edit, remove, or restrict any user content and to suspend or permanently terminate accounts for any actual or suspected violation of this Policy. We may do so with or without prior notice, and you expressly waive any claims resulting from such enforcement actions.

You use ZeroTrace at your own risk. The Service is provided 'as is' and without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroTrace disclaims all liability for damages, losses, or claims arising from your use or misuse of the Service. You agree to indemnify and hold ZeroTrace harmless from any claims related to your breach of this Policy.

If you become aware of abuse or a violation of this Policy, immediately report it to admin@zerotrace.pw with detailed information and supporting evidence. We investigate all reports and take action as appropriate.

ZeroTrace reserves the right to amend this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately for new users, and after notice for existing users. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
