End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a binding contract between you (the "User") and ZeroTrace regarding all use of our software, firmware, and related downloadable materials. By installing, copying, or using any ZeroTrace software, you agree to this EULA. ZeroTrace reserves the right to update this EULA at any time; changes are effective upon posting.

ZeroTrace grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your lawful, personal, or internal business purposes, in accordance with this EULA and all applicable laws.

• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software
• No copying, modifying, or creating derivative works
• No sublicensing, renting, leasing, or distributing to third parties
• No unlawful, unauthorized, or prohibited use
• No use in violation of export controls or sanctions

The Software is the exclusive property of ZeroTrace and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

ZeroTrace may provide updates, patches, or new versions at its discretion. This EULA applies to all such updates unless accompanied by a separate license. ZeroTrace is not obligated to provide support or updates.

ZeroTrace may terminate this EULA and your license at any time for breach or other reasonable cause. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using and delete all copies of the Software. Termination does not limit any other rights ZeroTrace may have.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use the Software at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroTrace is not liable for any damages related to your use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of such damages. You agree to indemnify and hold ZeroTrace harmless from any claims arising from your breach of this EULA.

ZeroTrace may change this EULA at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Software means you accept the latest version.
