End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and ZeroTrace regarding the use of our software, firmware, and any related downloadable materials (collectively, the "Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

ZeroTrace grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your own lawful, personal, or internal business purposes in accordance with this EULA.

• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software
• No copying, modifying, or creating derivative works of the Software
• No sublicensing, renting, leasing, or distributing the Software to any third party
• No use of the Software for unlawful, unauthorized, or prohibited purposes

The Software is the exclusive property of ZeroTrace and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by ZeroTrace.

ZeroTrace may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software at its sole discretion. This EULA applies to all such updates unless accompanied by a separate license. ZeroTrace is not obligated to provide any maintenance or support.

ZeroTrace may terminate this EULA and your license at any time if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

The Software is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroTrace shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

ZeroTrace reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
