Shipping Policy — Physical & Digital Products

This Shipping Policy covers both digital and physical product delivery.

1. Policy Scope & Right to Update

This Shipping Policy applies to both instant digital delivery and physical shipments. By ordering, you agree to the latest version of this Policy. ZeroTrace may update this Policy at any time; updates are effective immediately for new orders.

2. Digital Firmware Delivery & Activation

  • Electronic Delivery: Digital licenses/activation codes are delivered automatically to your email and/or dashboard after payment.
  • Activation Timeline: Most activations occur within minutes. In rare cases, allow up to 24 hours (or 2 business days for technical delays).
  • Support: If you do not receive your product, check your spam folder or contact support@zerotrace.pw.
  • No Shipping Fees: Digital products are not subject to shipping or customs fees.

3. Physical Shipping Policy

This section applies to all physical hardware shipments. Please read before ordering.

4. Shipping Carrier

All orders ship via DHL for speed, reliability, and global coverage.

5. Shipping Origin

Orders are shipped from Germany.

6. Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries. If unsure, contact admin@zerotrace.pw.

7. Order Processing Time

  • Orders process in 1-3 business days after payment.
  • Orders on weekends/holidays process next business day.

8. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are available for select items. Payment is taken immediately. Estimated shipping dates appear on product pages.

  • If your order includes pre-order and in-stock items, all items ship together unless stated otherwise.
  • Notification and tracking provided when shipped.

9. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Europe: 2-7 business days
  • Worldwide: 5-15 business days (customs/weather may affect timing)

10. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Final costs shown before payment.

11. Order Tracking

All DHL shipments include tracking. Tracking number is emailed after dispatch.

12. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Physical orders may incur customs/import fees.
  • These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Contact your local customs office for details.

13. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

For lost/damaged/delayed shipments, contact admin@zerotrace.pw with your order/tracking number. We will assist and work with DHL as appropriate.

14. Address Accuracy

Ensure your shipping address is accurate. ZeroTrace is not responsible for shipments to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

15. Policy Changes & Acceptance

ZeroTrace reserves the right to change this shipping policy at any time. Updates apply to all new orders from the date of update. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the latest version.
