By accessing or using ZeroTrace devices, dashboard, chat, or any related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not use the Service.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Your dashboard may include chat, user uploads, or interactive features. You are solely responsible for all content you submit, post, or transmit. You agree not to use the Service to transmit illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content. We reserve the right to monitor, remove, or restrict content or accounts at our sole discretion and without notice.

You may only use ZeroTrace for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: violating any law, exploiting vulnerabilities, reverse engineering, data scraping, unauthorized access, or using the Service for any malicious or abusive activity. We may report any suspected illegal activity to law enforcement.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are and will remain the exclusive property of ZeroTrace and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroTrace and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZeroTrace and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside or use the Service, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We reserve the right to remove or delete any information or content at any time, at our sole discretion.

We may cooperate with law enforcement and comply with court orders or legal process requiring disclosure of information or content. We reserve the right to challenge overbroad or inappropriate legal demands.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
