• Dropping First · Stage 1 of the AirLeak Launch

  The firmware ships in mid May 2026, flash onto an ESP32-S3-N16R8 you already own and you're capturing within minutes. The cased hardware (Stage 2) ships ~1–2 weeks later in late May 2026.

  Simultaneous WiFi 2.4 GHz channel hopping (1–13) and BLE active scanning, decoding every management frame and advertisement that crosses the radio.

  Reads live Apple device state in real time: lock state, action codes (screen on, call active, unlocked), iOS major version, AirPods battery levels, lid state, and Find My / AirTag detection.
