Shipping Policy
Delivery times, shipping methods, and digital activation timelines for ZeroTrace hardware and firmware.
1. Overview
This Shipping Policy applies to ZeroTrace hardware shipped from Germany and to digital firmware delivered through the dashboard.
2. Digital Firmware Delivery
- Electronic delivery: licences and activation codes are delivered to your dashboard and email after payment.
- Timeline: typically within minutes; allow up to 24 hours in rare cases.
- Support: if you have not received your product, check spam and contact admin@zerotrace.pw.
- No shipping fees apply to digital products.
3. Carrier & Origin
All physical orders ship from Germany via DHL.
4. Order Processing Time
- Orders process in 1–3 business days after payment.
- Weekend and holiday orders process on the next business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
- Germany: 1–3 business days
- EU / EEA: 2–7 business days
- Worldwide: 5–15 business days (customs and weather may affect timing)
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Final costs are shown before payment.
7. Order Tracking
All DHL shipments include tracking; the tracking number is emailed after dispatch.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Orders outside the EU may incur customs or import fees.
- These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are the buyer's responsibility.
- Contact your local customs office for details.
9. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
For lost, damaged, or delayed shipments, contact admin@zerotrace.pw with your order or tracking number. We will assist and work with DHL where appropriate.
10. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. ZeroTrace is not responsible for shipments to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
