ZeroTrace is in the process of registering with the Stiftung Elektro-Altgeräte Register (stiftung-ear.de) through an authorised representative (Bevollmächtigter gemäß §3 Nr. 9 i.V.m. §6 ElektroG) for the electronic devices placed on the German market — USB-powered ZeroTrace hardware in Gerätekategorie 6 (small IT and telecommunications equipment).
Until the WEEE registration number is issued, end-of-life devices may be returned free of charge to the provider address above for proper disposal in accordance with the ElektroG.
VerpackG / LUCID Registration

ZeroTrace is registered with the Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister, Osnabrück) in accordance with the German Packaging Act (VerpackG). Shipping and product packaging placed on the German market is licensed through our dual-system partner Interzero Recycling Alliance GmbH.
CE Conformity (Hardware)
ZeroTrace resells genuine Espressif ESP32-S3 modules pre-flashed with our firmware. The manufacturer's CE marking and conformity documentation continues to apply; the firmware does not alter the radio parameters, antenna configuration, or transmit power.

Dispute Resolution (§36 VSBG)
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).
